The majority of new Reside homes are offered at discounted market rents, but we also offer homes at market rent and shared ownership. On average, our discounted market rents are up to 20% lower than typical market rents in Barking and Dagenham. The market rent homes are accessible on the open market, similar to those advertised through an estate agent.

We also offer new homes for shared ownership. Our shared ownership properties typically start with a 25% share of ownership, with the buyer continuing to pay rent on the rest of the property. Over time you can buy more shares to increase your level of ownership. A great, flexible way to buy a home.
